2026 Mid-Year Review
St. Andrew Catholic Hospital has successfully conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review Meeting, reaffirming its commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
The review brought together Heads of Departments and Unit Heads to evaluate the hospital's performance during the first half of the year and to identify strategies for improving healthcare delivery in the months ahead.
During the meeting, the Health Information Unit presented comprehensive analyses of the hospital's key performance indicators, including patient attendance, service utilization, clinical outputs, and other operational data. These presentations provided an overview of the facility's progress and highlighted areas requiring further attention.
The Accounts Department delivered a detailed presentation on the hospital's financial performance, covering revenue generation, expenditure patterns, budget performance, and prudent resource management to support informed planning and decision-making.
The Human Resource Department also presented updates on staffing levels, workforce management, staff welfare, recruitment, capacity-building initiatives, leave management, and other human resource indicators. The presentation emphasized the critical role of effective human resource management in achieving the hospital's strategic goals and maintaining quality patient care.
The review meeting provided a platform for meaningful discussions among departmental leaders, allowing participants to celebrate achievements, address operational challenges, exchange ideas, and develop practical strategies for enhancing efficiency and service delivery during the second half of the year.
